I was at your restaurant in October and my meal had to go back 3 times as it was not cooked. I contacted you to let you know of the poor service that night as I knew someone else that was there that same night with the same problem. Their food went back twice and it was still not cooked so they could not eat it and they left. I went back tonight to give it another try, I used to go quite often. Tonight, we waited 20 minutes before our order was taken and that was after us getting the hostess attention to tell her we would like to order so she got our waitress to take it. We ordered our meal and appetizers. Our appetizers came and one of the plates were dirty which I pointed out to our waitress so she took it and never did bring another one. Then we had to wait 40 minutes for our meal. The hostess actually came over and took our appetizer plates and asked us if it was good and we told her that we had not gotten our meal yet and she was quite surprised. So when our meal came one of the meals was wrong. My father had ordered the house salad with grilled chicken and poppy seed dressing. There was no chicken, so we then had to wait for the chicken, then when that came we realized the dressing was not the right kind. So as we were eating we noticed that when other people were sat they got a basket of rolls which we also did not get. Once we were done we waited for our bill wich did not come, we went to the counter and waited and waited. Finally my waitress came and waited on someone behind me and not on me. The lady that was behind me was very upset due to the length of time it took for their meal. They ended up leaving before they were done cause their little one was too tired. She also told me that someone at the next table with a little one left before their meal even came cause they could not wait any longer. So then I was left there standing again waiting for my bill. Finally someone came to my help and said she would take my bill, but I had not even received it yet. She then got my waitress to take my gift certificate, which was given to me for the problems last time, and that was it. My last trip to your location.
