I really love the Donairs but the customer service is poor. When I call I am treated with a " take out or delivery" they can't seem to say hello. Then when you state take up they bark " phone number" . This is followed with " what's your order". I tell them my order then I hear " 20- 30 minutes and that's it. When I go inside to pick up my order I am ignored by the waitresses as they seem to avoid take out orders because these do not earn them tips . The food is good but they are so rude. If your don' t believe this review just give them a call 902 895 7777. . Don ' t expect to be treated with dignity or kindness. I really wish Chef Gordon Ramsey could work with the management of this establishment to remind them that they remain because of customers like us. It seems as if they believe they are doing us a favor . I really hope that they read this post and think about the message they are sending... It,s only a Matt of time before many of tell them to " take off instead of take out". Don't be so rude you need us !!!!!! ..More Reviews
